Do not make hiring decisions
Do not guarantee interviews, offers, or placements

Any employment relationship is solely between the candidate and the hiring organization.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

Misrepresent your identity or credentials
Submit information you do not have the right to provide
Attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality
Misrepresent your identity or credentials

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Candidate Submissions & Data Use

If you submit resumes, contact information, or other personal data through the Site or to SHS:

You represent that the information is accurate and belongs to you
You authorize SHS to use, store, process, share, license, and/or sell such information as permitted by law and described in our Privacy Policy
You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee representation, interviews, or employment
