Haley joined SHS Recruitment Partners as a Recruiting Specialist in 2021, bringing with her over six years of experience in direct patient care. Her journey into recruitment was inspired by her close collaboration with a recruiter during her time as a PTA, which ignited her passion for helping others find their ideal roles. Haley thrives on meeting new people and is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help candidates land their dream positions.
Originally from Ohio (Go Bucks!), Haley spent two years in Texas before settling in Southwest Florida in 2021. She and her husband are excitedly growing their family and now split their time between Southwest Florida and New Jersey to stay connected with both sides of their family. In her spare time, Haley enjoys spontaneous adventures with her husband, attending church, hosting family game nights, working out, relaxing at the beach during her time in Florida, and soaking in the stunning skyline views of NYC while in New Jersey. Whether at the beach or exploring the city, she cherishes every moment with her growing family.

Belinda is a seasoned staffing professional with over 20 years of experience in recruiting top-tier talent across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services and retail. Her career is defined by a deep passion for helping others, which led her into the recruiting field. This commitment shines through in her ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all involved.
Throughout her career, Belinda has managed the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with hiring managers on the best talent strategies. She is known for her strategic approach to recruitment, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs of each role. Her client focused mindset and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments have made her a trusted partner to companies and candidates alike.
Outside of work, Belinda enjoys spending time with family, traveling and exploring the outdoors. These experiences help her stay balanced and recharged, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to her professional life. Matthew Sherriff, President of SHS Recruitment Partners, began his healthcare recruitment career in 2015 after a decade-long career with a leading Sprint Preferred Retailer. In various leadership roles there, he interviewed and hired hundreds of professionals, unknowingly honing his recruiting skills and paving himself a path into a recruiting career. In 2022, Matthew realized his dream of small business ownership by acquiring a boutique healthcare recruitment firm and rebranding it SHS Recruitment Partners establishing the following Core Value:

Matthew is actively involved in several healthcare industry associations, including the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) where he co-Chairs the Ethics Committee, the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Additionally, Matthew serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for First Choice, Inc., a consortium of boutique healthcare recruitment firms, where he also Chairs its Technology Committee.

A native of the Kansas City metropolitan area, Matthew attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, where he studied both Atmospheric Science/Meteorology, as well as Broadcast Journalism, and later pursued a degree in Management and Human Relations at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. He now resides in Southwest Florida with his wife, Alisha, and son, Alan.

Marie takes pride in her personalized approach, investing time in truly understanding each candidate's skills and aspirations. Marie is a dedicated mother of three who calls Michigan home. Married for more than ten years, she cherishes family time, especially during the beautiful summers when they enjoy life at the beach. A travel enthusiast, Marie loves exploring new places with her family. Beyond her professional life, she is actively involved in her church, where she volunteers in the kids’ ministry, sharing her passion for nurturing the next generation.
