Haley began working as a Recruiting Specialist with SHS Recruitment Partners in 2021. Prior to joining the team, she worked in direct patient care for more than 6 years. Working closely with a recruiter during her time as a PTA led her to transition into her current role. Haley loves meeting new people, assisting others in landing their dream position and will do what it takes to get there!
Haley is originally from Ohio (Go Bucks!) She lived in Texas for two years before moving to Southwest Florida in 2021. Haley and her husband now split their time between Southwest Florida and New Jersey to allow time with both of their families. In her spare time, Haley enjoys going on spontaneous adventures with her husband, attending to church, family game nights, working out, hanging at the beach during her time in FL and soaking in the skyline views of NYC while in NJ.

Matthew Sherriff, Owner and President of SHS Recruitment Partners, entered healthcare recruitment in 2015 after a decade-long career with a leading Sprint Preferred Retailer. His leadership roles there involved interviewing and hiring hundreds of professionals. Transitioning to healthcare recruitment, he pursued his dream of small business ownership. In 2022, he acquired a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, renaming it SHS Recruitment Partners with a core value focused on meeting client needs with urgency, cost-consciousness, and integrity, establishing the following Core Value:

Matthew is actively involved in several healthcare industry associations, including the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) where he co-Chairs the Ethics Committee, the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Additionally, Matthew serves on the Board of Directors for First Choice, Inc., a consortium of boutique healthcare recruitment firms, where he also Chairs its Technology Committee.

A native of the Kansas City metropolitan area, Matthew attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, where he studied both Atmospheric Science/Meteorology, as well as Broadcast Journalism, and later pursued a degree in Management and Human Relations at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. He now resides in Southwest Florida with his wife, Alisha, and son, Alan.
Allison is a graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) , where she earned a degree in Art Conservation & Criticism in 2021. With a passion for creativity and an eye for detail, she embarked on her professional journey in the marketing field. After completing her studies, Allison immersed herself in the world of real estate marketing, where she honed her skills and gained valuable experience over two years.

In 2022, Allison brought her expertise to SHS Recruitment Partners, eager to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Allison currently resides in Jacksonville Beach with her Swiss Shepherd, Ford, and loves spending time creating art, visiting theme parks, attending concerts, travelling the world, and working out.
