NPs & PAs - Primary Care Positions in Northern California - $25k Sign-On

Primary Care Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants:

We’re looking for NP’s & PA’s to fill roles in multiple primary care clinics across several counties in Northern California. Location needs include:

• Corning

• Clearlake

• Lakeport

• Paradise

• Lucerne

• Kelseyville

You'll provide full-spectrum primary care with a comprehensive scope:

• Common illnesses, minor injuries, cold and flu, physicals, etc.

• Patients: All ages, pediatrics as young as 6 months, through geriatrics

• Patient referrals to outside providers as needed

Primary Care Clinic Details:

• See around 20 patients per day

• No weekends required

• 30-40 hours per week (your choice!)

• Opportunities for leadership positions

• Can consider candidates with H1-B visa sponsorship

• Cerner EMR

Scheduling, Compensation, & Benefits:

• Salary up to $170,000 based on location and experience

• $25,000 sign-on bonus!

• Quality bonus up to $5,000 quarterly at select locations

• RVU incentives at select locations

• Relocation up to $10,000 based on distance

• Loan repayment up to $60,000 at select locations

• CME allowance up to $4,000 per year

Experience & Qualifications:

• New graduates are welcome to apply!

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Training/Certification
