SHS Recruitment Partners designed one of the nation’s first electronic healthcare applicant tracking database and now maintains a database featuring nearly 4 million healthcare professionals of every discipline. We are also founding members of the National Association of Physician Recruiters, and share ownership in First Choice, Inc. – a consortium of recruitment firms across the country, each with their own unique footprint in the healthcare recruitment industry – to thinktank the innovations that serve to define the healthcare recruitment industry of the future.
