Matthew Sherriff

President

Matthew joined the healthcare recruitment industry in 2015 after working more than 10 years at Wireless Lifestyle, the nation’s largest branded Sprint Preferred Retailer. At Wireless Lifestyle, he held various leadership positions that necessitated the interviewing and hiring of hundreds of professionals, and after translating the experience gained there into several years of successful healthcare recruiting, Matthew set his sights on realizing his lifelong dream of small business ownership. In 2022, he purchased a boutique healthcare recruitment firm and rebranded it as SHS Recruitment Partners, establishing the following Core Value:

“Work tirelessly to fill the critical healthcare recruitment needs clients entrust us with, doing so with urgency and cost-consciousness at the forefront, while demonstrating absolute integrity in every client and candidate interaction.”

Matthew is actively involved in several healthcare industry associations, including the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), where he serves on the Ethics Committee, as well as the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Additionally, Matthew serves on the Board of Directors for First Choice, Inc., a consortium of boutique healthcare recruitment firms, where he also Chairs its Technology Committee.

A native of the Kansas City metropolitan area, Matthew now calls Southwest Florida home. He attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, where he studied both Atmospheric Science/Meteorology, and Broadcast Journalism, and later pursued a degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas.

Haley Gravina

Recruiting Specialist

Haley began working as a Recruiting Specialist with SHS Recruitment Partners in 2021. Prior to joining the team, she worked in direct patient care for more than 6 years. Working closely with a recruiter during her time as a PTA led her to transition into her current role. Haley loves meeting new people, assisting others in landing their dream position and will do what it takes to get there!

Haley is originally from Ohio (Go Bucks!) She lived in Texas for two years before making Southwest Florida her permanent home in 2021. In her spare time, Haley enjoys working out, family game nights, attending sporting events and hanging out at the beach.

Allison Murphy

Marketing Manager

Allison grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!), where she studied Conservation & Criticism in Art History. She entered the Marketing field shortly after graduating and joined the team at SHS Recruitment Partners in 2022, after spending a year working in Marketing for the Real Estate industry. In her free time, Allison is also an artist in both digital and traditional media.

Allison loves spending time with her Swiss Shepherd, Ford, as well as attending theme parks & concerts, traveling the world, and working out.
