About the Role
Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants:
We’re looking for NP’s & PA’s to fill roles in a brand new urgent care-like rapid care standalone clinic in Lakeport operated by one of California's top-ranked hospital system. Work in a positive environment where employees feel valued while earning competitive pay and benefits.
You'll provide full-spectrum rapid care with a comprehensive scope:
Common illnesses, minor injuries, cold and flu, physicals, etc.
Patients: All ages, pediatrics as young as 6 months, through geriatrics
Perform minor procedures like suturing, wound care, injections, etc.
Patient referrals to outside providers as needed
Cerner EMR
Scheduling, Compensation, & Benefits:
Salary between $116,335-$150,000 based on experience
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus!
Relocation between $5,000-$10,000 based on distance
Loan repayment of up to $60,000
CME allowance up to $4,000 per year
Only 1 weekend day required per month to start!
30-40 hours per week

Experience & Qualifications:
Clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required. (Sorry, we are unable to consider new graduates!)
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Training/Certification
Experience with minor procedures including suturing/wound repair
Ability to obtain licensure in the State of California
