About the Role
ICU Registered Nursing
Utilize your training and experience as you provide ICU patient care in one of California’s top-ranked hospitals located in a safe, medium-sized community along the Central Coast of California.
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $15,000 in relocation based on distance
Hourly rate up to $89.68 based on experience
Shift differentials up to $10/hr
200 Hours of PTO first year; increases to 265 beginning third year

$3,000 continuing education allowance
Pension/retirement plan, and 403(b) annuity plan
Position Details:
Day shifts and night shifts available
Fulltime, 0.9 FTE position (72-hours per pay period)
258 bed regional hospital
Requirements:
A minimum of two years of critical care experience
Heart experience preferred, but not required
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
Current California RN license (or ability to obtain a CA license)
BLS Certification required (upon hire)
ACLS Certification required (at conclusion of new hire orientation)
PALS Certification (within six months following hire date)
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred, but not required
NIHSS stroke certification required upon hire
