Come join an exciting new urgent care project in the gorgeous Santa Barbara region! All urgent care centers are large, brand-new, and ultramodern, and are independently staffed by family nurse practitioners and physician assistants in the Santa Barbara region.

Details Include:

  • Warm and inviting clinics - the look and feel of a coffee shop, with the facilities of an urgent care center!

  • Facilities feature five patient rooms, a minor procedure room, on-site x-ray, lab, EKG, and a prepackaged pharmacy

  • Support staff includes:

  • Two concierge medical/nursing assistants per shift, and one radiation technologist per shift

  • Large support staff allows you to stay more focused on patient care!

  • Full-spectrum urgent care with a comprehensive scope of duties, including:

  • Treating common illnesses, minor injuries, cold and flu, etc., for patients of all ages - pediatrics to geriatrics

  • Performing minor procedures, including suturing, wound care, injections, etc.

  • Referring patients to outside providers, if acuity demands it, or follow-up is required

  • Off-site support includes radiology group that assist in interpreting x-rays in an average of 12 minutes!

  • Up to $8,000 in recruitment incentives!

  • Competitive compensation package based on experience - hourly rate plus daily bonus opportunities

  • Hourly rate includes overtime rate of 1.5X > 40 hours per week, and 2X > 12 hours in one day
